• You take over the professional handling of damage and warranty cases in close cooperation with property management and construction management
• You review incoming complaints and make a well-founded initial assessment
• You coordinate the further procedure with owners, property managers, construction management, and tenants
• You manage external specialists and ensure efficient implementation of measures
• You monitor construction execution and pay attention to costs, deadlines, quality, environment, and safety
• You accompany renovation projects and are the central contact person from property management for external construction supervision or Livit construction
• You develop tools and processes to minimize damage and ensure their compliance
• You advise and train employees on legal, insurance-related, and contractual issues

• You have completed a vocational training in the construction trade (e.g., draftsman, HVAC installer)
• You bring commercial training or professional experience in the real estate or construction industry
• You have experience in facility management or technical property management
• You have a pronounced technical understanding of structural damage and warranty cases
• You know relevant standards and regulations and can clearly derive causes of damage
• You communicate confidently and professionally with internal and external contacts
• You work in a structured, efficient manner and keep an overview even under time pressure
• You are a team player with initiative, willingness to learn, and organizational talent
