Your Tasks
The independent and responsible care of our 43 residents is an enriching challenge for you. With your modern understanding of nursing, you handle the most diverse everyday situations and are co-responsible for the design and implementation of care processes. You are open to further education and to passing on your knowledge and experience to employees and learners. You maintain professional and empathetic contacts with relatives and trusted persons. In this role, there are no split shifts or night shifts.
Your Profile
- Education at tertiary level (FH, HF, DNII, AKP, PsyKP, KWS)
- Very good German skills
- Independence and initiative
- Conscientious working method and networked thinking
- Service and customer orientation
- Open and constructive personality
