Heavy Truck Chief Mechanic (m/f/d), 100%
Your mission:
In this position, you are responsible for the team regarding all technical matters concerning our SCANIA brand heavy trucks and third-party brands. You plan the work of employees according to their skills and preferences, thus ensuring the smooth operation and profitability of the workshop. As the first point of contact, you advise your team on technical challenges and help employees find quick and suitable solutions to the requirements. You also actively and motivatedly participate in maintenance, repair, and diagnostics on heavy trucks. Do you feel concerned? Are you ready to take on a new challenge?

You offer us:
• A passion for the product and the sector
• Training as a mechatronics technician or automotive specialist (ideally heavy trucks) or mechanic in construction/agricultural machinery
• Experience in the field of heavy commercial vehicles is desirable.
• Professional experience in a similar position is desirable
• Desire and enthusiasm for employee development and coaching a motivated team
• Further training as a diagnostician is an asset or willingness to pursue it
