Tasks
- Applicant Management & Recruitment: You are responsible for the entire recruitment process in your areas – from needs assessment, job posting, and conducting interviews to the successful integration of new employees
- Compensation & Employment Conditions: You advise managers on compensation issues as well as employment conditions to attract and retain employees
- Consulting, Support & Guidance: You accompany and support managers and employees throughout the entire employee lifecycle and competently advise them on all labor law and personnel-related issues. You also support them in challenging situations – whether personal, health-related, or work-related – and contribute to solution-oriented approaches
- Case Management & Coordination: You coordinate and accompany cases related to illness or accident and work closely with health and accident insurers as well as other internal and external partners
- HR Processes & Compliance: You ensure the efficient implementation and continuous optimization of HR processes and guarantee compliance with legal requirements as well as internal guidelines and instructions
- HR Projects & Collaboration: You actively participate in HR projects, attend meetings, and work closely with internal and external partners
- Administrative Tasks: You take on various administrative tasks in the HR area and ensure careful and efficient processing
Profile
- Education & Training: Commercial basic training with HR further education (FA or HF)
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience in a similar role as well as solid knowledge in recruiting; experience in healthcare is preferred
- Working Style: Proactive, structured personality with a strong goal and quality orientation
- Personal Competencies: Initiative, commitment, and sense of responsibility characterize you
- Social Competence: Customer-oriented actions, confident appearance, as well as very good communication and teamwork skills
- Language Skills: Fluent German in spoken and written form; French skills are an advantage
- IT Skills: Very good knowledge of MS Office, SAP, SuccessFactors, and Interflex or similar HR tools
