For our studios in Stein, we are looking for immediately or by arrangement a
Care 80-90% (m/f/d)
In the studios, people with support needs pursue their work in the creative-craft sector. Creative products are made from various materials & sold. Nonverbal & verbal communication, basic stimulation as well as compensatory offers are important components.
Your task
- Accompanying and supporting our employees in their daily work
- Supporting employees in practical life skills, supporting and assisting our employees with nursing measures / substitute implementation of care
- Designing the framework conditions so that the strengths and abilities of the employees are the focus and further developed
- Active implementation of our pedagogical basic attitude and the organizational, administrative processes and tasks
Your profile
- Care specialist or comparable training
- Enjoyment of both nursing and administrative work
- Experience working with people with support needs
- Knowledge of supported communication
