As a Documentation Manager, you support our Construction Management Team in creating structures, securing standards, and continuously improving digital collaboration. Your area of responsibility
- Responsible for monitoring and maintaining document management
- Ensuring compliance with naming conventions as well as all requirements and standards on the CDE platform
- Assisting in the management and further development of the CDE platform
- Supporting the creation and maintenance of workflows, forms, and templates
- Contributing to the development of training materials and guidelines
- Supporting the transition to digital processes, for example BIM
Your skills
- Several years of professional experience in construction and digital processes
- High IT affinity and experience in document management, ideally with Autodesk Construction Cloud
- Understanding of construction processes and technical documentation
- Experience with workflow optimization and digital tools is an advantage
- Structured and detail-oriented working style
- Team player: strong communication skills and enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration
- Fluent German and English skills
