Your task

• Management of sports field projects from inquiry to acceptance throughout the German-speaking part of Switzerland
• Deployment planning and leadership of construction site personnel
• Communication with clients, architects, and subcontractors.
• Management of material orders
• Collaboration between the planning office and the teams on the construction site
• Preparation of offers and tenders, cost monitoring during the construction phase up to billing

Desired profile

• Basic training in road construction, civil engineering, or horticulture
• Further training as a construction manager or horticultural technician is an advantage
• You feel comfortable supervising construction sites and leading construction teams
• Proficient use of IT programs or willing to learn
• You are dynamic, solution-oriented, analytical, and love daily challenges
• Your personality, sociability, and willingness to make contacts are recognized and appreciated
