About the job
The Medical Center Practice Rebstein is a practice of the MCM group, which offers outpatient basic medical care.
For our lively medical practice, we are looking from around May for a committed and warm-hearted Medical Practice Assistant (MPA) to temporarily support us during a maternity leave – limited until the end of the year (duration and workload to be agreed).
Your tasks include:
Reception and care of our patients
Appointment scheduling and telephone triage
Work in the laboratory and digital X-ray as well as the practice pharmacy
Practice administration (ordering, service recording, billing and insurance clarifications)
Consultation assistance
You bring with you:
Completed apprenticeship as MPA (EFZ) with laboratory and X-ray knowledge
Joy and enthusiasm for your profession
Friendly demeanor and high service orientation in dealing with patients
Independent, structured and reliable way of working
Good IT skills
Willingness for emergency service
