The Pächterrried school unit is a lively place of learning! We rely on appreciative collaboration in interdisciplinary teams to provide every child with the best possible support. As a social pedagogue, you accompany children with special support needs and contribute to the stability of their school day.

We are looking for a committed person starting October 20, 2025

• you have a completed degree in social pedagogy and bring experience in the social pedagogical field – ideally related to the education sector
• the child is at the center of your work and you enjoy relationship work, even when the path is challenging
• you value respectful and cooperative interaction 
• you bring enthusiasm and motivation to contribute your strengths to our committed school team 
• you work networked and creatively and see collaboration with other teachers as an enrichment

• A motivated team and a supportive school management that welcomes you and your talents
• Lots of creative freedom and space for your ideas
• Valuable support through school social work, speech therapy, psychomotor therapy, and the school psychological service
