Your Tasks

You advise outpatient and inpatient patients in the following consultation areas: Type 1 and 2 diabetes, gestational diabetes, consultation and instruction on continuous glucose monitoring and/or insulin pumps
Training and follow-up checks for patients under Wegovy therapy
Perform organizational and administrative tasks

Your Profile

Medical practice coordinator clinical direction or completed training as a certified nurse, further training in diabetes counseling completed
Flexible, communicative personality with high social competence
Independent, responsible, and reliable working style

Starting April 1, 2026, or by arrangement, a responsible and varied activity awaits you in a lively and growing hospital. The interprofessional collaboration offers room for independent work. The position is limited until the end of September 2026 due to maternity leave of the current holder; afterwards, continued employment on a smaller scale would be possible
