What to expect

You lead demanding IT development and integration projects in the field of National Security (federal government, emergency services, police, army, etc.) from A to Z
You manage IT specialists in customer projects from planning to successful go-live
As a motivated presenter, you conduct workshops and are the primary contact person for our customers
You further develop our project methods for modern and effective project management (agile and classical project methods) and apply them successfully
You actively participate in offerings and contract negotiations

What you bring

You have a completed degree at the FH/university level
You have several years (5+) of experience as a project manager, ideally in the federal, emergency services, and/or army environment
You have many years of experience in process approaches such as Hermes, Scrum, Kanban, RUP, and service models, ideally with certifications
Officers from militia or professional military as well as fire brigade or police backgrounds are very welcome
You have entrepreneurial thinking and acting and convince with good communication and organizational skills
Fluent German and English skills; French skills are an advantage
Willingness to travel within the German-speaking part of Switzerland with a focus on Bern
