About the job
What you can achieve
- Co-design, accompany and implement future-oriented change and development processes
- Personnel management of around 10 employees as well as active deputy of the Patient Coordination Management (approx. 20% of the total workload)
- Active support of the MPA team in everyday work
- Active management of clear workflows, efficient use of resources, and ensuring reliable quality and hygiene standards
- Design and conduct training to promote professionalism and work quality
- Responsibility for the Fast Track and/or HNP area
- Operational support of the extended management team
What you bring with you
- Completed training as a Medical Practice Assistant or certified nursing professional HF/FH
- High willingness to continue education and personal development in everyday leadership
- Enjoyment of challenges as well as an innovative, solution-oriented mindset
- Strong ability for appreciative communication and empathetic interaction
- Motivation to contribute in a large interprofessional team
- Organizational talent with a structured way of working and an eye for efficient resource use
