Your Tasks:

Managing your own customer portfolio with a focus on real estate financing, which you continuously expand
Independent preparation and assessment of loan applications for financing single-family and multi-family homes as well as condominiums from the perspective of mortgage brokers
Recording and analyzing balance sheets of real estate companies
Acquisition of new customers and continuous building of a network
If interested, selective assumption of tasks in projects

Your Profile:

Completed banking apprenticeship
Further education in the financial sector is an advantage
Experience in the financing business
Experience in investment and retirement business is ideal
Preference for intensive exchange with customers and brokers
Efficient, independent, and responsible working style
