Tasks
- Administration and control of reporting and patient documentation at the main location of ipw
- Independent handling of the tasks of the medical secretariat in your work area including appointment coordination for doctors, psychologists, and case-managing nursing professionals
- Fluent and confident editing of medical reports and correspondence
- Proactive acting as an interface between patients, doctors, psychologists, nursing staff, and external agencies
- Representing your team colleagues during absences
Profile
- Medical secretariat training with corresponding knowledge of medical terminology and/or other professional qualification in a similar function
- Accurate, efficient, and independent working style
- Flexible, resilient, and team-oriented personality with a sense of responsibility
- Excellent German language skills, both spoken and written
- Very good computer application skills (ideally MS Office suite, SAP, KIS Polypoint)
