Your tasks:
- Leadership and management of cross-functional (partial) projects within the EMEA manufacturing region with a focus on capacity, replacement, innovation, localization, and technology
- Coordination of project teams, resources, and risks as well as ensuring a smooth start-up of new production facilities and products while meeting target specifications for cost, quality, safety, and market launch
- Development and implementation of scalable, efficient production concepts through design-for-manufacturing workshops, feasibility studies, and technology assessments
- Ensuring continuous documentation, reporting, and communication with all stakeholders during all project phases
- Driving industrialization by aligning production strategies with standards and promoting collaboration with external partners, suppliers, and plant management to ensure the integration of best practices in manufacturing
Your profile:
- A technical basic education in an industrial environment as well as a bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in mechanical engineering, automation, production, or plastics engineering
- 4 - 6 years of concrete experience in the implementation and execution of manufacturing or industrialization projects
- Strong knowledge in project management, design-for-manufacturing principles, production ramp-up, and lean/kaizen methods
- Excellent coordination, stakeholder management, and communication skills across departments and external partners
- Structured, analytical thinking with a practical, solution-oriented approach and high personal responsibility
- Very good communication skills in German and English
- Willingness to travel within the EMEA manufacturing region as needed (approx. 20%)
