with your proven successful professional experience in project management of demanding software projects, ideally in the banking environment
with your proactive, solution-oriented, and team-oriented personality as well as your structured and independent working style
with your critical and constructive questioning of scope and processes, as well as your confident handling of uncertainties
with your balanced approach between persistence and diplomacy, as well as your confident demeanor in negotiations with clients, partners, and stakeholders
additionally with a certification such as IPMA, PMI, SAFe, or similar, and your language skills in German or English at C1 level (native language) and at least B1 in the other language
