What is the role about?

You ensure the smooth operation of our production equipment and secure their maximum availability. In addition, you carry out maintenance and repair work, coordinate external service providers, support projects, and continuously drive efficiency improvements.

What tasks will you take on?

• You ensure the trouble-free operation of our production equipment and maximize their availability.
• You reliably plan, execute, and document maintenance, inspection, and repair work.
• You ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
• You coordinate external service providers and work closely with production and equipment development.
• You support projects, equipment procurement, and commissioning and drive Kaizen initiatives to increase efficiency.

What do we expect from you? 

• You have completed technical training in mechatronics, electrical engineering, automation, or a comparable field.
• You have the authorization to work on company-owned installations according to Article 13 NIV or are willing to obtain it.
• You have initial experience or show great interest in the maintenance of machines and automated systems.
• You work confidently with PC-based diagnostic and maintenance systems and use digital tools efficiently.
• You convince through team orientation, independence, initiative, responsibility, and precise, process-oriented work.
• You have strong communication skills, are fluent in German both spoken and written; English skills are an advantage.
