For our nursing department 2nd floor, we are looking for a
Group Leader 90% - 100%
The newly renovated Liebenau Bussnang retirement center is an institution of Liebenau Switzerland non-profit AG and offers a home to 96 people in need of care and support. With a lot of heart and great commitment, around 120 employees ensure the well-being and security of the residents.
Your tasks:
- Co-responsibility for personnel, organizational and professional leadership
- Promotion of interdisciplinary collaboration with all professional groups
- Holistic care and individual support of residents in everyday life
- Performing medical-technical tasks, medication management
- Rounds with doctors, maintaining contact with therapists
- Primary nursing system
Your profile:
- Completed vocational training as HF, specialist nurse in long-term care and support DN II or AKP
- Completed further training in team leadership
- Successful leadership experience in a comparable position
- High resilience, flexibility and independence
- High sense of responsibility
- Good IT skills (nursing documentation and performance recording)
