Tasks
The tasks are as diverse as our residents. All tasks, assignments, and services are planned, defined, and carried out together with them.
- Promote the development of autonomy of people with disabilities
- Plan, implement, and monitor educational processes and development topics
- Accompany and support people with disabilities in daily life activities
- Promote the participation of people with disabilities in social, community, and cultural life
Requirements
- Completed training as a Social Pedagogue HF/FH, Social Pedagogue FH/FH, or equivalent qualification
- Ideally, you have experience in supporting people with disabilities
- High social competence, flexibility, resilience, as well as empathy and sense of responsibility
- Enjoy working with older people and a respectful approach to all involved
- Ability to work in a team
