Here you will be involved
- in direct patient contact during consultations and telephone patient advice for inquiries and appointment scheduling as a substitute during the absence of the MPA
- in writing and correcting consultation and operation reports as well as laboratory information including electronic dispatch
- in various administrative tasks
- in preparing all consultations
- in planning and preparing the interdisciplinary bariatric meeting
You
- have completed vocational training in the commercial field with further education as a medical and hospital secretary or medical practice assistant EFZ
- work independently and have organizational talent
- are an open, motivated, and flexible personality
- are a team player with high social competence
- enjoy working with people from various medical and nursing specialties
- have confident German language skills
- have KISIM experience (advantageous)
- have an efficient and precise working style and are not afraid of a high workload
