To strengthen our dedicated caretaker team in the Properties Department, we are looking for a reliable and motivated individual as of February 1, 2026, or by arrangement, as Caretaker (100%)
Your tasks:
- Cleaning of assigned rooms
- Grounds maintenance,
- Performing minor repairs and maintenance work,
- Coordination of craftsmen for minor repairs,
- Handling administrative tasks,
- Planning and participation in deep cleaning,
- Assistance with winter services (including weekends),
- Close cooperation with other caretakers in the caretaker team. Your profile:
- Completed training as a specialist in operational maintenance is an advantage,
- Several years of professional experience in a comparable role, craftsmen are also welcome,
- Willingness to work flexible hours (occasional shifts in the evening or on weekends),
- Customer- and service-oriented, flexible and resilient,
- Independent, structured, and efficient working style,
- Possession of a category B driving license,
- MS Office user skills. Our offer:
