• Checking compliance with internal Food Safety Standards
• Daily processing and review of HACCP standards and corresponding documentation
• Support in implementing customer requirements, especially in airline catering
• Conducting internal quality and food safety audits
• Conducting hygiene training
• Implementation and control of the cleaning schedule
• Conducting daily hygiene rounds
• Supporting the regional hygiene manager in preparing for authority and customer inspections

• Completed specialized training (HTL/FH for food technology/food technology or a corresponding gastronomic or food-specific apprenticeship with work experience in hygiene/HACCP)
• Ideally, job-specific experience is an advantage
• Willingness to work flexibly (working hours Mon-Sun 6:00 - 19:00)
• Very good IT user skills (MS Office)
• Very good German and English skills (additional foreign language is an advantage)
• High affinity for numbers, accuracy, independent and careful working style
• Teamwork skills, strong communication, and assertiveness
