- Supporting the regional hygiene manager in preparing for authority and customer inspections

Qualifications
- Completed specialized training (HTL/FH for food technology/food technology or a corresponding gastronomic or food-specific apprenticeship with work experience in hygiene/HACCP)
- Ideally, job-specific experience is an advantage
- Willingness to work flexibly (working hours Mon-Sun 6:00 - 19:00)
- Very good IT user skills (MS Office)
- Very good German and English skills (additional foreign language is an advantage)
- High affinity for numbers, accuracy, independent and careful working style
- Teamwork skills, strong communication, and assertiveness
