In this central role, you take responsibility for the smooth handling of order and billing processes in the truck and bus vehicle sector. As an important interface, you work closely with internal and external partners and actively contribute to efficient workflows. At the same time, you help shape the system change from AS400 to D365 and support the introduction and further development of a future-oriented software solution – embedded in the clear goal of advancing sustainable transport and mobility solutions. Order Management Clerk Scania (m/f/d), 100%
Your tasks
• New vehicle order management
• Recording and maintaining sales orders as well as costs and prices in the order system
• Ensuring smooth processing of the entire order process
• Specification & product management
• Control and processing of specification changes by factory and sales
• Daily coordination with factory and sales consultants in case of change requirements
• Support of sales
• Checking, adjusting, and correcting orders before release
• Carrying out changes and submitting change requests to the factory
• Cost, price, and invoice management
• Maintenance and updating of factory costs and dealer prices in the order system
• Creation of order confirmations and reconciliation of pre-calculations by the sales consultant
• Charging chassis to retail including counter-check
• Customs & international processing
• Ensuring smooth customs clearance of chassis and built new vehicles
• Coordination of documents with bodybuilders abroad (for direct deliveries)
• Data, statistics & forecast
• Ongoing data maintenance as well as creation of statistics and forecasts
• Participation in monthly, quarterly, and annual closings
• Systems & interfaces
• Participation in the future system change from AS400 to D365
• Close cooperation with internal and external interfaces
Your profile
• Technical basic training in the commercial vehicle industry with commercial experience
• Very careful, conscientious, and structured way of working
• Experience in order, contract, or vehicle management
• Fluent German and English skills, both spoken and written
• Very good user knowledge of MS Office programs
