• Representation and support of the store management 
• Assistance in deployment planning and taking on personnel responsibility
• Support in monitoring and ensuring compliance with key figures such as sales, budget, and inventory write-offs
• Ensuring a sales-oriented product presentation and assortment updates including orders
• Active participation on the sales floor including responsibility for the garden section
• Professional advice and support for customers
• Assistance in the supervision, training, and development of trainees and employees

• You have training in retail or in the green sector with initial leadership experience
