• You lead our team leaders and technical managers in person, clearly and on equal footing. You create an environment where performance is demanded and promoted, responsibility is taken, and feedback is a matter of course

• You take overall responsibility for the economical production, maintenance, and further development of our tools and equipment. You always have quality, deadlines, and costs under control
• You lead with numbers and facts: You monitor relevant KPIs, analyze deviations, and derive clear measures. At the same time, you stay close to the people and ensure operational safety at the highest level
• You drive cross-departmental innovations and process optimizations forward. You question the status quo, bring in new perspectives, and consistently and measurably implement improvements

• You combine technology and leadership with conviction. You enjoy advancing people while simultaneously driving forward demanding technical topics
• You have completed a basic technical education as well as an advanced degree (HF/FH) in mechanical engineering or a comparable field
• You bring solid experience in the production of high-quality technical products – ideally in tool or machine construction – and understand the connections between production performance and effective leadership
• You think entrepreneurially, act in a structured and process-oriented manner, and do not lose overview even in complex situations
• You have very good IT user skills, ideally in SAP (especially SAP Project System), and use systems and key figures as management tools
• You present yourself clearly and reliably, build trust through your attitude, and provide orientation – even when decisions are required
