Junior Key Account Manager Wholesale & Foodservice, 70-80%
Start: immediately or by arrangement
Your field of activity – placing organic where it inspires
You actively drive our market success and bring our products where they convince:
- Building, maintaining, and further developing customer relationships with a focus on wholesalers & foodservice customers
- Identifying and exploiting growth potentials with existing customers as well as actively acquiring new customers
- Ongoing market observation and analysis to derive targeted sales promotion measures
- Preparation and conduct of annual meetings and condition negotiations
- Budget and sales planning at the customer level
- Operational planning and implementation of customer events such as trade fairs, tastings, and promotions
- Active participation in association meetings (hotel association, gastronomy association, wholesaler industry day, etc.)
- Handling customer-related administrative tasks
- Creation of customer analyses and evaluations including consistent CRM maintenance
- Ensuring target achievement regarding sales and profitability
- Travel activity of approx. 60-80%
Your profile – sales in your blood, organic in your heart
You combine sales strength with numerical understanding and joy in building relationships:
- Completed commercial training
- At least 3 years of professional experience in field sales in the beverage industry, preferably in the wholesaler & foodservice environment
- Convincing, authentic appearance as well as negotiation strength and assertiveness
- Distinct sales personality with joy in building relationships
- High affinity for numbers and very good MS Office skills
- Confident German and negotiation-level French in spoken and written form
- Experience with Salesforce is advantageous
- Network in the wholesaler industry and/or foodservice is desired
- Affinity for social media and joy in creatively storytelling our sales successes
