Your task

As Assistant Manager / Manager in the area of Audit & Assurance Financial Services – Banking & Asset Management in Bern or Zurich, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Professional responsibility for accounting and regulatory audits for national and international banks and other companies in the financial services sector, including FinTech (OR, IFRS, Swiss GAAP FER)
• Conducting internal audits as well as special audits according to ISAE 3402 and PS 950
• Conducting and supporting consulting mandates in the area of control functions (compliance and risk management), finance transformation, or project management for companies in the financial sector
• Support in the further development of our audit tools and conducting internal training
• Leading the project team on-site, including coaching, goal setting, and achieving objectives
• Active role in initiatives to further develop our services and expand the Banking & Asset Management team

Your profile

We are looking for a motivated personality who is ready to invest and develop further. To fulfill these tasks with joy and success:

• You have 4-6 years of relevant professional experience in the accounting and regulatory auditing of FINMA regulated institutions (banks and/or asset managers)
• You have completed training (or are about to complete) as a Swiss certified auditor
• You are motivated and interested in further developing your career in a leading role in auditing and consulting in an innovative and fast-growing environment
• You have experience in consulting mandates (risk management, internal control systems, compliance, etc.), finance transformation, or project management is an advantage
• Fluent in German and English, French is a plus
• Experience in leading a team and developing business activities is an advantage
