Your Tasks
- Implementation of planned psychiatric care as well as basic/treatment care
- Care planning and management of care processes
- Support of patients (m/f/d) in structuring their daily routine
- Maintenance and promotion of patients' (m/f/d) independence
- Handling crisis situations/suicidality
- Participation in team meetings, supervisions, ward rounds, and group therapy
- Involvement in quality assurance measures
Your Profile
- Completed training in health and nursing care or geriatric care
- Commitment to working with mentally ill people
- Strong patient and team orientation as well as an appreciative basic attitude
- Empathy and sensitivity
- Ability to work independently, flexibly, and responsibly
