Job Description

As Teamleader Production (m/f/div.), you lead a production team both professionally and personally, support your employees as a coach, and promote, motivate, enable, and evaluate them. You are the link between the groupleader and production.

Your tasks essentially include:

• Professional and personnel leadership of a production team
• Cost, quality, and delivery responsibility are part of your duties
• Active design and optimization of workflows according to Bosch Production System standards are your responsibilities, while complying with legal and company regulations
• Increasing and improving equipment availability and quality as well as compliance with prescribed quality standards are among your responsibilities
• Active participation in the continuous improvement process

Qualifications

• Education: Technical basic training such as polymechanic / automotive mechanic (m/f/div.), ideally with leadership courses
• Personality and working style: Communicative, resilient, and assertive personality with an independent and reliable working style, willingness to work shifts, ideally with leadership skills
• Experience and know-how: Leadership experience, knowledge of Bosch products, and SAP skills are advantageous
• Languages: Good communication and expression skills in German
