We are a 4-star hotel in Brissago, overlooking Lake Maggiore, with 32 suites and junior suites. Our style, inspired by a Roman villa, meets a warm and relaxed atmosphere, where each team member contributes their personality to create authentic experiences for our guests.

Kitchen Assistant

- You ensure the kitchen runs smoothly and orderly, from workstations to dishes that come out impeccable.
- You collaborate with the team to always guarantee the highest quality, even during the busiest times.
- You take care of the ingredients and comply with HACCP standards, working with precision and responsibility.
- You learn quickly and always maintain a high standard, adding your personal touch to the dishes you prepare.
YOUR PROFILE AND PERSONALITY:
- You are looking for a position that offers continuity year after year in a stable and calm environment.
- You are responsible, detail-oriented, and flexible.
- You have training in the gastronomic sector or have already had kitchen experience (including an internship or first job).
- You enjoy working in a team and contribute positively to the group atmosphere.
- You are eager to grow, learn new techniques, and improve every day.
- You are respectful, reliable, and carry a genuine sense of duty.
