For a stylish design hotel (4 stars) in the Zurich region, we are looking to strengthen our dedicated team immediately or by arrangement with a motivated and qualified individual as:
Deputy Housekeeper (m|f|d) for Weekends 40 - 60%
In this role, you support the housekeeper in organizing and quality assuring the daily cleaning and hygiene tasks in a demanding hotel environment. In the absence of the housekeeper, you take responsibility for compliance with hygiene and occupational safety standards, leadership and training of employees, and ensuring smooth operations. With your experience and flexibility, you contribute to maintaining the high-quality standards of Enzler Hotel-Services AG.
Your Responsibilities
- Team Leadership | Leading the housekeeping team in the absence of the housekeeper and ensuring smooth operations
- Room Inspection and Release | Inspecting and releasing hotel rooms for use
- Documenting Technical Defects | Reporting and documenting technical defects
- Lost and Found Management | Reporting and documenting lost and found items
- Implementing Hygiene and Safety Regulations | Ensuring compliance with all hygiene and occupational safety regulations
- Employee Training | Training and onboarding employees
- Ensuring Quality Standards | Responsibility for compliance with quality standards
- Work Start and Cleaning | Willingness to start at 7:00 a.m. Daily deployment as needed in room and maintenance cleaning: o Cleaning guest roomso Care of furnishingso Performing special cleaning taskso Cleaning public areas
Your Qualifications and Skills
- Education | Completed vocational training is required
- Experience in Hotel Cleaning | Experience in hotel room cleaning
- Language Skills | Good German skills are required
- Work Style and Teamwork | Independent work, reliability, and teamwork skills
- Flexibility | You are flexible in scheduling and support during staff shortages
- Appearance | Neat appearance and professional demeanor
- IT | Basic PC skills are required
