At the Bächli Care Center, we accompany our residents in a specialized Neuro Care unit with professional and individualized care. In the early, late, and night shifts, you support the residents in their daily care and contribute to their well-being and independence. Together with an interprofessional team, you make an important contribution to person-centered and appreciative care.

• As a specialist, you offer individual and resource-oriented support for our residents and their relatives
• Actively shape care processes and document them in the care records
• Holistic care and support of our residents
• Participate in shaping the logistical processes in the care group
• Co-responsibility for daily business in collaboration with the responsible care specialist

• Completed training as a health specialist or a foreign diploma recognized by the SRK
• Service-oriented and person-centered working style
• Knowledge in Kinaesthetics, Integrative Validation, and Basal Stimulation
• Openness to new things and willingness to support a progressive understanding of care
• Resilient, team-oriented, and flexible personality

The KZU, with its two in-house daycares, operates two care centers in Bassersdorf and Embrach as well as three care apartments in Nürensdorf and Winkel. It primarily offers a home to elderly, care-dependent people and, in addition to various specialized services, a wide range of outpatient services. The KZU employs around 600 staff, including 75 apprentices and students in 17 different professional groups.
