Your task

• You lead and support consulting projects at renowned banks and insurance companies in the areas of governance, risk management, internal control systems (ICS), and compliance.

• You actively contribute to the further development of our teams and talents and have the opportunity to directly lead individual team members in the development and implementation of our strategy.

• You have the opportunity to participate in the definition and expansion of our tailored services by further developing existing solutions or creating new services.

• If desired: You support other teams in the area of Financial Services (e.g., in M&A projects, audits, or FINMA investigations).

Your profile

• At least 5-10 years of relevant professional experience in a consulting or auditing firm.

• Completed studies and professional training in the field of risk management, internal auditing, compliance, or project management is an advantage.

• Very good German and English skills; French and other languages are a plus.

• Motivation and interest in further developing your career in a leading role in consulting in an innovative and rapidly growing environment.

• Experience in leading a team and developing business activities is an advantage.
