Your task
-
You lead and support consulting projects at renowned banks and insurance companies in the areas of governance, risk management, internal control systems (ICS), and compliance.

You actively contribute to the further development of our teams and talents and have the opportunity to directly lead individual team members in the development and implementation of our strategy.

You have the opportunity to participate in the definition and expansion of our tailored services by further developing existing solutions or creating new services.

If desired: You support other teams in the area of Financial Services (e.g., in M&A projects, audits, or FINMA investigations).
Your profile
-
At least 5-10 years of relevant professional experience in a consulting or auditing firm.

Completed studies and professional training in the field of risk management, internal auditing, compliance, or project management is an advantage.

Very good German and English skills; French and other languages are a plus.

Motivation and interest in further developing your career in a leading role in consulting in an innovative and rapidly growing environment.

Experience in leading a team and developing business activities is an advantage.
