Your tasks:
You develop and test, in collaboration with staff from the Center for Learning and Socialization and project partners, an offer and materials for educational professionals to promote a discrimination-critical school culture (e.g. critical racism, social justice, equality). In doing so, you can acquire new skills in a current, innovative field and further develop yourself in a supportive, dynamic team.
- Review of existing concepts and support measures in the areas of anti-racism, social justice, and equality, in an international context (mainly German and English).
- Developing and testing didactically designed materials for the further education of educational professionals on the topic.
- Writing overview texts/reports for educational professionals.
- Leading internal school and short-term training sessions.
Your profile:
- Master's degree in educational sciences, psychology, or social sciences.
- Prior knowledge in the field of discrimination criticism.
- Teaching diploma, professional experience as an educational professional desired.
- Experience in teacher training/adult education desired.
