Senior Physician for Hospital at Home

We are looking for you from January 1, 2026 or by arrangement as

• You take medical responsibility for the care of patients in the home setting; from admission through diagnostics to therapy planning
• You work closely with general practitioners, nursing professionals, Spitex teams, and other partners
• You actively shape the further development of our care model and contribute to quality assurance
• You support and coach assistant physicians as well as other team members in their professional development
• Your participation in interprofessional meetings and case conferences strengthens professional exchange

• You have a specialist title with MEBEKO recognition in General Internal Medicine or a related specialty
• You have solid clinical experience, ideally also from acute care or hospital medicine
• Your interest in innovative care models and digital health solutions motivates you to actively participate
• You convince through communication skills, teamwork, initiative, and a sense of responsibility
• You have a category B driver's license and very good German skills; additional languages are an advantage

• A responsible role in a pioneering project with growth potential starting January 2026
