Specialist in Personnel and Organizational Development
Workload: 40% - 60%
We are looking for a committed specialist in personnel and organizational development who supports our managers and employees in matters of promotion, career development, and talent retention. You will help design measures for personnel development and junior staff promotion, foster an innovative corporate culture, and contribute to strengthening our employer attractiveness.
Tasks
- Development of innovative programs for personnel and talent development that inspire and strengthen employees and managers in their growth
- Supporting managers with questions regarding promotion, career planning, and talent retention
- Designing and moderating workshops and trainings with sustainable impact
- Building talent and mentoring programs that make potentials visible and promote them
- Creating a warm onboarding experience where new talents feel from day one: This is the right place for me
- Driving employer branding initiatives to strengthen employer attractiveness
- Providing insights through data, analyses, and recommendations for the continuous development of personnel development
Requirements
- Commercial basic training, supplemented by further education in personnel development (professional certificate, CAS or similar)
- Several years of experience in personnel and talent development, talent management, or employer branding
- Strong project management skills combined with analytical intuition and creative ideas
- Strong communication skills, consulting competence, and enjoyment in networking
- Discretion, reliability – and enthusiasm for implementation tasks
