For the business unit STUTZ AG Hochbau Frauenfeld, Department of High-rise and Conversion, we are looking for

Construction Foreman for conversions and renovations

• Management and organization of construction sites in the area of high-rise and conversions
• Implementation of work preparation according to specifications
• Leadership and motivation of assigned employees
• Ensuring a qualitatively flawless, timely, and economical execution
• Coordination of deployments of personnel, machines, and materials
• Monitoring occupational safety and compliance with regulations
• Control of completed work regarding quality, dimensions, and time
• Support in site logistics and reporting
• Close cooperation with site managers, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Co-creation of efficient workflows - solution-oriented, team-capable, and practical

• Completed training as a construction foreman or equivalent professional further education
• or equivalent training in the main construction trade
• Solid technical construction knowledge as well as good organizational skills
• Several years of practical experience in managing construction sites, ideally conversions and renovations
• Independent, responsible, and goal-oriented working style
• Ability for clear communication and leadership of construction teams
• High quality and safety awareness
• Confident handling of MS Office and ideally Sorba
• Willingness for personal development and to take on responsibility
• Open, team-oriented demeanor with assertiveness and commitment
• You appreciate variety, independent work, and enjoy your profession
• A category B driving license is essential for your work
