You are the contact person for Groupe E customers. In a rapidly developing field, you respond competently and confidently to requests by phone, Monday to Friday between 7:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m., or you efficiently carry out back-office activities. Using modern communication tools, you independently handle complex, customer-oriented processes. You take customer requests very seriously, quickly identify their needs, and satisfy your customers with your expert advice and professional communication.
