Your tasks

Care and primary nursing of our clients

Initiating nursing measures and their evaluation in collaboration with case managers

Maintaining nursing documentation and recording services

Participating in the implementation of quality standards as well as nursing development

Your profile

Qualification as a Health Specialist EFZ, preferably with Spitex experience

Independent and responsible way of working

Confident handling of IT programs (MS Office, possibly RAI-HC)

Mobile by bike and in possession of a driver’s license
