About the job
Forster Manufaktur AG is a Swiss SME based in Arbon on Lake Constance. Since 1874, we have been developing and producing timeless steel design kitchens for the premium segment as well as for demanding residential construction projects. Our kitchens are 100% made in Arbon, with a value creation of around 84% in Switzerland. As a Swiss manufactory, we combine traditional craftsmanship with modern design and a clear commitment to quality and durability.
Who you are
You take the lead from the moment the order is won – from the initial clarifications through to the measurement and final billing. You are the hub between the client, architect, general contractor and our manufactory. And if a measurement on site is not correct, you notice it before anyone else does. Then we should talk.
Responsibilities
- Comprehensive management and coordination of kitchen projects in the contract business - from the won order to the final billing
- Consultation and support between client, architect and general contractor
- Site inspections and precise measurement taking
- Clarification of technical details
- Creation of final installation plans, order confirmations and the "go-ahead for execution".
- Close collaboration with sales, planning, production and assembly in Arbon and support in the calculation of quotations.
Requirements
- Completed training in interior construction, carpentry, kitchen construction or a comparable qualification.
- Experience as a project manager – or the motivation to become one with us. Junior project managers are also welcome: we are experienced professionals and will make you a kitchen expert.
- Experience in the kitchen sector or a great enthusiasm for it.
- Technical understanding of construction, materials, appliances as well as electrical and sanitary installations.
- Confident handling of MS Office; knowledge of Winner (planning system) and ERP experience is an advantage.
- Very good German, quick comprehension, structured and independent working style, entrepreneurial thinking – and a true team player.
- Driving licence category B.
What we offer

- Professional, collegial and committed team.
- Short decision-making paths and room for initiative.
- Modern working conditions and attractive employment models.
