The St. Gallen municipal utilities (sgsw) are the reliable partner for the population and economy of the city of St. Gallen as well as partly the region in the supply of energy, water, and fiber optics. The increasing energy demand in the coming years as well as the associated voltage conversion in the medium voltage network require the expansion of our capacities. Therefore, we are creating an additional position in the Electricity and Telecom Network department, Facilities division. For the transformer stations division, we are looking for a committed personality as of now or by arrangement as

This is what you will do:
- Manage projects for new constructions and conversions of transformer stations.
- Prepare cost estimates and schedules.
- Monitor deadlines, costs, and quality within the projects.
- Conduct coordination and alignment meetings with internal project managers and external specialist planners.
- Maintain and promote constructive and sustainable collaboration with internal stakeholders and external planning partners.
- Develop specifications and offer bases for suppliers and handle the awarding process.
- Prepare planning templates and carry out further administrative tasks in project management.

- Completed basic electrical engineering training and professional further education or several years of experience in energy supply with planning of electrical systems.
- Confident and convincing communication with project participants at various levels.
- High reliability as well as careful and responsible working style.
- Strong teamwork skills, flexibility, and resilience.
