For our store in Schönenwerd, we are looking for a Sales Consultant (m/f/d).

You impress your guests and colleagues alike with your friendly and competent demeanor. You identify with our brand and are communicative, team-oriented, and reliable. Ideally, you have already gained experience in fashion sales and convey your enthusiasm in service-oriented consulting conversations.

Your tasks:

• Representing our premium lifestyle brand as a brand ambassador
• Competent sales of our collections
• Care and development of regular and new customers
• Independent work within your sales team
• Collaboration with the VM team and participation in merchandise presentation
• Handling our omni-channel systems
• Cashiering and complaint handling

What we need from you:

• Ideally, first experience in textile retail
• A strong sales affinity
• Enjoyment in working with digital tools
• A motivating, confident personality as well as social skills
• Teamwork skills and a hands-on mentality
• Good English skills
