The Ergolz Clinic is a small private hospital with a broad range of surgical patients as well as an outpatient heart clinic. To expand our team, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a motivated and committed certified nurse HF.

Your Profile:

You value collegiality, loyalty and team spirit and have training as a certified nurse (AKP/ HF/FH/ DNII), then you fit perfectly into our lively team. Ideally, you have several years of professional experience in an acute hospital and are a trained vocational trainer or are interested in possibly completing the corresponding further training. You act calmly in demanding situations, are resilient, motivated and willing to work in all 3 shifts.

Through your experience, friendliness, expertise and organisational talent, you contribute to the well-being of our patients and support professional collaboration in our team. Good communication skills characterise you.

Responsible action and high attentiveness as well as an independent and reliable working style complete your profile.

Your Tasks:

Professional nursing and care taking into account the individual needs of our patientsActive shaping of workflows by contributing your personal strengths and professional competencesCreation and updating of care plans and correct documentationCarrying out basic and treatment careAssessment, evaluation and action in nursing situationsGood interdisciplinary and cross-departmental collaborationPerforming medical procedures in the recovery room and on the wardCompliance with instructions and ordersExecuting prescriptionsPreparation and billing of medications and materialsMeal ordering and distributionRegular participation in team meetings and internal training
