To ensure safe, efficient, and customer-oriented operations within our concrete plants in Valais, we are looking for a person capable of organizing site activities, supporting a team in their daily work, and maintaining smooth operations in compliance with our HSE and quality requirements.
What awaits you:
- Supervise concrete production, quality, safety, and site operations
- Plan, support, and coordinate the team, vehicle fleet, and maintenance
- Ensure deliveries, pumping, and quality control monitoring with the laboratory
- Optimize processes, reception, and attractiveness of sales points
- Collaborate with AGG/RMX managers, sales teams, and customers
- Participate in site visits and propose suitable solutions
- Contribute to financial objectives (costs, volumes, margins, EBITDA)
What you bring:
- Technical training (construction/building), ideally complemented by concrete training
- Experience in concrete production or on construction sites; aggregates = an advantage
- Knowledge of cement/concrete/aggregate products and the local market
- Good interpersonal skills and customer orientation
- Ability to supervise, train, and support a team in their activities
- Organization, autonomy, rigor, and sense of responsibility
- Proficiency in IT tools
- French C1; German/English = an advantage
