The Resources Department provides the overall church services with the personnel and operational resources and foundations to fulfill their tasks. It advises parishes on questions regarding personnel, finance, IT, and real estate.

You are responsible for all personnel-related topics of the overall church services. In doing so, you use your many years of operational and strategic HR experience and implement new ideas together with your team, management, and executives. You actively shape the recruitment of employees for the overall church services, personnel development, and the culture within our organization. In addition, you lead the personnel team currently consisting of eight employees; together you ensure lean and efficient HR processes. Furthermore, you ensure compliance with all legal foundations, especially the church personnel law, and advise parishes on personnel matters.
You bring a completed degree (university or university of applied sciences) with solid further education in HR management. In addition, you have several years of experience in personnel development, implementing HR projects, and designing and maintaining a modern corporate culture. You have proven practical experience in implementing lean HR processes, personnel administration, and recruitment; knowledge of public personnel law is an advantage. Excellent consulting, communication, and organizational skills as well as teamwork and leadership qualities complete your profile. You are very digitally savvy, proficient in Microsoft 365, and familiar with common ERP applications.
