Administrative secretaries for case control 2x 100%The Zurich Public Prosecutor's Office, with over 500 employees, is responsible for prosecuting crimes committed by adults throughout the canton of Zurich. To relieve the case handlers in all regions and to ensure a sustainable workload balance, the Relief Public Prosecutor's Office ESTA will be established as of April 1. This will integrate the already existing Department J with prosecutors who have a floating function ("Joker"), and additionally, a department with assistant prosecutors will be created to handle mass delinquency. To support ESTA, a central case control will also be introduced, responsible for processing incoming and outgoing cases.
For this, we are looking for two administrative secretaries for case control (2x 100%) starting May 1 or by agreement, limited until December 31, 2028.
Your tasks include:
- Electronic recording and completion of prosecutorial cases
- Control of completed cases
- Administrative support of case handlers
- Operation of the telephone switchboard
- Processing of the office's email
Your profile:
- Completed commercial training and several years of experience in an administrative environment
- Resilient personality with precise and efficient working style
- Good organizational skills, high service orientation, and ability to work in a team
- Confident German language skills and enjoyment in dealing with diverse clientele
- Proficiency with various IT tools and applications and proactive approach to technological innovations
