You will join a dynamic team operating in a multi-product environment, gaining hands-on experience with OTC derivatives and fund execution. As a Derivatives Support Officer, you will contribute to the accurate and timely processing of OTC derivatives (IRS, CDS, TRS, FX Options) and mutual fund orders.
Your role
- Managing the full lifecycle of OTC derivatives, including matching, confirmations, settlements, coupon payments, and regulatory compliance.
- Executing and monitoring mutual fund and Pictet Equity Certificate orders.
- Supporting the onboarding of new instruments, funds, counterparties, and platforms.
- Performing trade workflow controls and liaising with stakeholders (traders, fund managers, brokers, custodians).
Your profile
- Academic background in Finance, Economics, or related field (Bachelor’s/Master’s).
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role or within a banking operations environment.
- Solid knowledge of OTC derivatives and fund administration.
- Experience with platforms is a plus.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
- Fluent in English; and French is an asset.
- Organised, proactive, and service-oriented.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Team player with a dynamic and open mindset.
- Available from 1 March 2026
- Must be resident in Switzerland or willing to relocate.
