Tasks

• You are responsible for planning, implementing, monitoring and adjusting the nursing process as well as delegating tasks to employees of other competence levels.
• You take on the daily responsibility in the day centre.
• You participate in the adaptation and implementation of guest-oriented daily and weekly plans and conduct group activities such as painting, cooking, crafting and memory training in the absence of the activation staff.
• You advise and support guests, residents and their relatives during their stay and, if necessary, in crises.

Profile

• Empathetic personality with a strong focus on people
• Enthusiasm for independent work combined with team spirit, commitment and enjoyment in organising everyday activities with guests
• Completed training as a nursing specialist (HF/FH/DNII) with SRK recognition for diplomas from abroad
• Good German language skills, both spoken and written, customer-oriented communication skills as well as good IT skills and knowledge of Easy DOK are an advantage
• Strong sense of responsibility, ability to think holistically and high resilience

The annual salary for this position ranges from CHF 85,228 to CHF 113,882 (100%) depending on experience.
