- Organization and implementation of targeted instructions
- Exam preparation and performance assessments
- Implementation and documentation of practice-oriented learning tasks and support measures
- Conducting meetings, e.g. to assess students (m/f/d) regarding development and final grading
- Reflection on the deployment during the probation period regarding the suitability of the students (m/f/d)
- Exam preparations and acting as an examiner during the practical exam
- Advisory role in development discussions
- Participation in case study days/classes to promote theory-practice transfer
- Exchange regarding the development of the student (m/f/d)
- Exchange regarding maintaining and improving training quality.
- Participation in school meetings
- Involvement in quality management processes
- Participation in legally required mandatory training
Your Profile
- Completed training in health and nursing care or elderly care
- Completed further training as a practical instructor
- Ability to cooperate and motivate collaboration with all other professional groups
- Interest and willingness to actively shape process-oriented workflows
- Teamwork skills, reliability, commitment, and flexibility
- Empathetic and de-escalating communication behavior
