Shop Manager (Trainee Program)

We are convinced that personal experience on the sales floor is an essential foundation for future leadership tasks in a LAVEBA shop. Our structured training program enables you to get to know all the tasks that await you as a shop manager in everyday life. In this role, you will be responsible for a LAVEBA gas station shop after completing the trainee program. Respect for this task? Don’t worry – our experienced managers and colleagues within the LAVEBA network support you throughout the entire training and beyond.

• You have completed basic training in retail or a comparable education
• You have already gained some leadership experience and enjoy leadership and collaboration
• You are strong in communication, committed, and show high social competence
• You are an organizational talent, used to working independently, and gladly take on responsibility
• You seek challenges and act as an entrepreneur within the company
• You are flexible and mobile with your car within the trainee program and feel at home in Eastern Switzerland
• You bring flexibility and shift work between 5:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. as well as weekend shifts are no problem for you

• Career start with leadership tasks in retail
• Comprehensive training program (duration approx. 1 year, depending on experience) with a structured onboarding plan, varied tasks, and a high degree of personal responsibility
• Opportunity to gain practical experience by getting to know various LAVEBA shops within LAVEBA LANDI AG in Eastern Switzerland
